Hi, I’m Marta

I am an ICF ACC-accredited coach with 200+ hours of coaching and mentoring experience, 10+ years in tech, and a deep passion for the neuroscience and psychology of action-taking and behaviour.

I offer coaching and mentoring across the whole range of my experience:

  • Tech and product mentoring, with hands-on skills in data, automation & AI.

  • Career coaching, with practical skills in CV writing, job search, and interviewing.

  • Neuroscience-informed coaching focused on stress, procrastination, and feeling stuck or lost.

I help people move their careers and goals forward – getting a new role, changing fields, or starting something of their own – and I have done that with clients across industries from art and psychology to finance and tech.

I don't promise unrealistic transformations. I offer a supportive, evidence-informed space to work through what's getting in the way. I'm honest, curious, and committed to relationships built on trust and empathy.

My education and experience:

I hold a PGDip in Applied Neuroscience from King's College London, and an MSc in Software Engineering from University College London.

I am a Senior Technical Product Manager leading cross-functional teams, with prior experience in Software Engineering and Consulting.

Tech Career Mentoring

Overcoming stress and feeling stuck

Neuroscience-informed coaching:

To work on what's getting in the way of your career or personal goals – stress, fear, procrastination – led by what matters to you.

I pay attention to the whole picture: how you think and process, and how that impacts your body.

The sessions might include techniques like:

  • Learning how to ease anxieties and discomfort through small steps and manageable exposures.

  • Practising taking action despite fear and worries.

  • T00ls based in body work and mindfulness, e.g. breathwork or somatic shaking.

My job isn't to fix you or tell you what to do – it's to help you think and feel more clearly about what's going on, with real care for your values and where you're trying to get to.

What my clients say

"From the very beginning, I felt Marta was someone who could truly listen and understand my needs and worries.

She helped me understand that I don't have to wait for the fear to disappear before I can start acting.

That gave me the courage to move forward – and I started running the art workshops I'd been putting off for years."

Dana, Art Studio Owner

"After working with Marta, I enrolled in university and started my own business.

I took steps that I had thought about for a long time but hadn’t been able to start.

The sessions gave me confidence; the scientific knowledge she shared brought me relief. Working with Marta is the right investment."

Zuza, Psychologist

I worked with Marta during a career transition, and her neuroscience-informed approach was incredibly helpful.

She has a talent for asking the right questions; I got the clarity I needed to move forward with important career decisions.

I'd recommend her to anyone looking for practical, thoughtful coaching grounded in science.
